Warranty & Guarantee

At Könner & Söhnen, we stand behind the quality of our products, that’s why in addition to the statutory warranty provided by the seller, we also offer a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years from the date of manufacture.

This warranty covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery to the buyer. To claim warranty service, please provide the invoice from one of our authorized dealers.

Please note: statutory warranty claims must always be addressed to the seller.

When the Warranty Does Not Apply

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
• Mechanical damage such as cracks, dents, falls, or frost damage.
• Issues resulting from overloading or using the generator as a permanent power source instead of for backup.
• Failures due to unauthorized fuels or oils, or contamination of fuel, oil, or cooling systems.
• Consumable parts and accessories (e.g., spark plugs, filters, belts, gaskets, lubricants, starter parts, detachable devices).
• Normal wear and tear from continuous use.
• Devices that have been opened, modified, or self-repaired.
• Supplied batteries – warranty period is 3 months.
  
  

To ensure long life and reliable operation, always follow the instructions in the user manual, use approved fuels and oils, and perform regular maintenance. With proper care, your K&S equipment will serve you faithfully for years to come.
